Meet Stephanie DeLeonardis

My Journey

From ancient times, shamans were identified early in life by the hardships and challenges they endured, seen as initiations into deep spiritual connections. In line with this tradition, my journey to becoming a shaman began in childhood with mystical and paranormal encounters that deepened my sensitivity to the energies of life and spirit.

As a young adolescent I was sexually abused. Lacking proper support, this trauma led me into a downward spiral of total self-destruction. I turned to drugs and alcohol to numb my pain, which led me to multiple overdoses and suicide attempts.  Struggling with addiction, self-harm, and toxic relationships, I grappled with profound pain and low self-worth, sinking into despair. I had dug myself into such a deep hole, I didn't believe there was any hope for redemption possible. Traditional treatments offered only fleeting relief, leaving me yearning for true healing.

My yearning for change led me to study meditation with Dr. Joe Dispenza in 2016, who bridges neuroscience and spirituality. This training sparked profound shifts in consciousness and reconnected me with my spiritual essence. My quest for deeper healing took me to the Amazon jungle in Peru, where I engaged with ancestral plant medicines, awakening an ancient gift of channeling and merging with the powerful frequency of unconditional, infinite love.

My transformative experiences in Peru were just the beginning. I continued to explore shamanic practices across the Americas, discovering my spirit medicine with the sacred toad, Bufo Alvarius in 2017.  I later became a certified Kambo practitioner by the International Association of Kambo Practitioners (IAKP) in 2021. These journeys not only healed my spirit but also illuminated my life’s purpose: to guide others in healing and discovering the divinity within themselves.

Today, I combine meditative practices, energy work, and ancestral wisdom I learnt directly from the tribes I spent time with, to guide souls in their transformative journeys. My path—shaped by my struggles—has endowed me with compassion, strength, and insight, allowing me to lead others back to the love and divine essence that resides within us all.
